Our Sumatran is a melanged blend - that is, we blend medium and darker roasts from the same crop. Sumatran coffees have a wide range of delightful tastes, and this technique brings out a little bit of everything, from the light caramel notes to the deep, earthy chords. Pungent but low in acidity, full of body with no bitterness, this coffee has a rich flavor that lingers pleasantly.

Get your Mojo on with our robust breakfast coffee.  We take a fragrant and full bodied Bolivian bean and just enough of a sweet, chocolatey Ethiopian to produce the smoothest blend we can to get your morning off to a gentle purr. We love to tinker with this blend from crop to crop - culled from the delicious diversity of the world's fine coffees.

We put ourselves squarely in the Northern Italian tradition of medium roasted espresso.  Sweet and tangy, full of body, it was designed for the espresso machine but performs just as well dripped or french pressed. We enjoy the darker blends too, but if you always thought espresso was too bitter, this might be the one for you.

This one is our Viennese, or "light" French Roast. It has the roasted flavors that lovers of dark coffee enjoy, but retains some of the origin identity - a blend of Sumatran for rustic body and Peruvian for a lighter vibrancy.  Deep and smooth, this cup is very low in acid, which is uncharacteristic in too many dark roasts.

We set out to challenge the assumption that most decaffinated coffees had to be tasteless or bitter. Dollar Bill's Decaf is a light roast with plenty of floral aromatics and soft herbal notes, though it still has the robust body we look for in a good cup of Joe.  Or  Bill, in this case.

A caramelly blend of Brazilian and Nicaraguan, this coffee is a permanent fundraiser for Grounds for Health, an important organization addressing cervical cancer in coffee producing countries.

The real religion of the world comes from women much more than from men - from mothers most of all, who carry the key of our souls in their bosoms.  ~Oliver Wendell Holmes
